The IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) is the most widely adopted best practice framework for IT management. It provides a cohesive set of best practice, drawn from the public and private sectors internationally.

This course will provide students with a general awareness of the key elements, concepts and terminology used in the ITIL Service Lifecycle, including the linkages between Lifecycle stages, the processes used and their contribution to Service Management practices.
