Providing employees with Six Sigma Green Belt training equips them with a logical and objective way to identify, measure, and eliminate those problems. A down-to-earth blend of DMAIC project management methods and practical data analysis techniques provide employees, at any level of the organization, with new ways to contribute to the bottom line. From executive leaders to front-line employees, Six Sigma Green Belt training enhances the way employees approach their day-to-day work.

This provides an overview of the Six Sigma "DMAIC" phases. Attendees learn valuable information from each DMAIC phases that can be used in Six Sigma projects in their organizations to reduce process variation and/or costs. This course provides an overview of the American Society for Quality Certified Six Sigma Green Belt.
