Groovy, a relatively new language for the Java platform, brings to Java many of the features that have made Ruby popular. This course includes Groovy programming, introducing developers to the new dynamic features that Groovy provides. Reusable code will be used in the examples to help explain the underlying concepts. This course will help Java and other OO developers new to Groovy easily transition into the dynamic programming world. Developers with some Groovy experience will gain a solid reference to help them explore Groovy even deeper and with more creativity.
