This 5 day course teaches students effective Business Process
Management techniques using IBM's WebSphere Business Modeler.
Heavy emphasis is placed on business process decomposition,
modeling, continuous improvement, and assignment of metrics.
Additionally, the course covers the use of simulation and
distribution techniques, as well as other advanced features
of the WebSphere Business Modeler.
